Make A Referral

Eligibility

Youth ages 13-17 who are gang involved or considered high-risk of gang involvement

Services Provided

  • One on one work with Outreach Specialist
  • Connection to educational services 
  • Assistance with obtaining and maintaining employment through job skills classes
  • Interpersonal Skills classes
  • Participation in prosocial activities 

How to Refer
