Youth ages 13-17 who are gang involved or considered high-risk of gang involvement.
We work closely with schools, families, and community agencies to support youth who may be struggling with school attendance, behavior, or peer influence.

1. One-on-One Mentorship
Youth receive personalized guidance and consistent support from our Outreach Specialists to build trust, set goals, and make positive life choices.
2. Educational Support & Tutoring
We provide academic assistance, GED and diploma preparation, and individualized tutoring to help youth stay on track and reach their educational goals.
3. Employment Readiness & Job Skills Training
Our team assists participants in obtaining and maintaining employment through resume development, interview preparation, and hands-on job skills classes.
4. Interpersonal & Life Skills Development
Youth engage in interactive classes designed to strengthen communication, decision-making, conflict resolution, and other essential life skills.
5. Prosocial & Enrichment Activities
Participants are encouraged to take part in positive, community-based activities that promote teamwork, leadership, and personal growth.
6. Family & Community Resource Linkages
We connect families to vital community resources such as housing assistance, counseling services, healthcare, and other local supports.
7. Transportation Assistance
We provide safe and reliable transportation to program activities, job interviews, and other essential appointments to remove barriers to participation.
